Cottnix Refund and Return Policy
At Cottnix, we aim to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our refund and return policy below.
1) For T-Shirts and Printed Items
Cottnix accepts returns and refunds only for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Returns for reasons such as size, color, or design preferences are not accepted. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size chart before making a purchase. In the case of exchanges for wrong sizes, these must be handled at the customer’s expense.
To request a return or refund, customers must submit a request within 4 days of delivery. This request should include an unboxing video of the product, clear photos of the damage or defect, and images of the original packaging. Requests submitted after the 4-day period may incur reprinting charges. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory to verify the defect; without it, Cottnix is not liable for refunds or replacements. Slight color variations due to Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing are not considered defects.
For order cancellations, requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production or shipping has started, cancellations will not be accepted. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges. Such returned items will be stored for 30 days before being donated or disposed of.
Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed to the original payment method within 4 days after the returned item is verified.
2) For Ladies’ Wear Tops and Ethnic Wear
Cottnix offers returns and refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only. Non-returnable items are clearly marked on the product page, and customers are advised to verify this before purchasing. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers can email return@cottnix.com within 5 days, providing a photo of the issue and the original packaging. Depending on availability, a replacement will be sent, or a full refund will be issued.
Exchanges for size or fit are allowed within 5 days if the item is unused and retains all tags. Customers will bear the shipping costs for exchanges. Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved and received. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Return Process for All Items
To initiate a return, customers should email return@cottnix.com, use the live chat option on the contact page, or message Cottnix at +91 8921954496. Customers should ensure that the product is packed securely in its original packaging with all tags intact before shipping it back using the provided return label. Return shipping costs apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Items that do not meet the return guidelines will be returned to the customer at their expense. Cottnix reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
